Rascal At-Home (Lockdown vol. 5.2)
This week's Rascal At Home is now available to order, with either a seafood or veg option.
Think starters, including Turkish bread with either tarama OR almond skodalia (v), olives, pickles, and a special smashed cuke and nasturtium salad.
Then onto a delicious risotto (either clam and celeriac OR smoked pine mushroom (v)) and a couple of delicious salads, - bitter leaf salad and cauliflower and bulgur wheat salad.
Finally, finish it with the most epic @ratiococoa dark choc mousse with milk jam & olive oil (pictured)

Street side Hibachi BBQ and Pop-up Bar
This Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm Rascal chefs are taking to the street cracking out the hibachi grill.
Think snags with beetroot ketchup, glazed chicken meatballs, and brushed cabbage w. fermented chilli skewers all presented on white bread w. bomb condiments. PLUS the Nicos/Kyle's Charcoal Chicken Pita will be making a limited return!
There will also be a limited outdoor drinks list, including a rice XPA, mandarin sodas and a yuzu spritz!
Swing by and grab a bite and a drink to take-away on the run!
Nico's Sandwich Collab
On Wednesday, Rascals Head Chef, Kyle Nicol packed his pickles and ferments and headed to Nico's in Fitzroy to prepare a special sandwich "Kyle's Charcoal Chicken Pita".
The sandwich, with hibachi grilled chicken thighs, pickled radishes, smoked hummus, fermented green hot sauce and nasturtium tabouli was a hit, selling out in record time!
Given the speed that they sold out, and that some Brunswick locals couldn't make it the Sandwich is coming back for the street-side hibachi BBQ this Sunday at Rascal! GET IN QUICK OR MISS OUT!
