Masks are out…music, fun and food is back at Rascal Brunswick!

To celebrate the launch of Brunswick Music Festival (BMF), we have launched an ambitious schedule of events and initiatives to celebrate all things Brunswick!

Across the whole festival period we will be running drink specials on local champions including Co-conspirators beers, Noisy Ritual wines and The Gospel Whiskey Cocktails.

On top of that we will also be offering BMF ticket holders 10% off their bill and donating all sales from Rascal Stubby Holders to Brunswick Neighbourhood House (along with the existing ‘Support Local’ t-shirt program).

We have also teamed up with a bunch of local businesses to create an events schedule perfect for those heading out and about during the BMF period.

Events include;

Inner North Brewery x Rascal Brunswick x The Gospel Whiskey Laneway Parties:

Three of Brunswick’s favourite booze suppliers have teamed up to run TWO fun Sunday BBQ’s at the Inner North Brewery Tap room.

From 2-7pm on Sunday 7th and 14th of March, we will be offering a rotating hibachi BBQ menu focusing on Japanese style-skewers, including chicken tsukune with fried egg mayo and native spices.

Inner North Brewery are providing the beers and The Gospel Whiskey slinging delicious whisky cocktails out of their mobile bar.

These outdoor Sunday sessions are perfect for relaxed catch ups with friends who love great food and delicious drinks.

Details: 2-7pm Sunday 7th and 14th March, Inner North Brewing, 10A Russell St, Brunswick

Rascal International Women’s Day (IWD) Dinner:

Following on from a successful event in 2021, this year we are back with an International Women’s Day menu, showcasing produce from local female-led businesses.

On Tuesday 8th March our food and drink menus will feature beers from Two Birds Brewing, wine from Avani Wines, Cheese from Harper and Blohm and a special floral arrangement from Piper’s Natives

A portion of sales from these products will go towards Djirra Vic, a local organization, that supports Aboriginal women’s journeys to safety and wellbeing.

Bookings are recommended for the dinner, however walk-ins are welcome.

Details: From 5pm Tuesday 8th March, Rascal Brunswick, 341 Sydney Road, Brunswick

Labor Day Eve Party with AC Love and Friends

Come celebrate the long weekend, and the end of BMF with some of our favorite DJs, doing an extended 6-11pm set. These guys have been friends of ours since 2010 Toff in Town days - and know how to bring an amazing dining-friendly music vibe!

We will also be pouring Noisy Ritual wines on special all night, to help the night along.

Think tasty food, wine and music.

Details: From 5pm Sunday 14th March, Rascal Brunswick, 341 Sydney Road, Brunswick

We are endeavoring to remain open and servicing our locals, despite COVID presenting significant challenges to our industry and the community.

In order to do so, and for the safety of our staff and patrons we have implemented some temporary changes, which include:

• Offering a reduced dining menu
• Requesting all patrons wear masks in the venue when not seated, social distance (where possible), and sanitize hands.

We will be regularly cleaning the venue to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Please note we may be slightly understaffed at times, and request your patience and understanding.

Thanks for your ongoing support!
