This festive season we are offering an amazing at-home showstopper - whiskey glazed hams!
Head Chef Kyle Nicol, bonafide charcuterie maker, has sourced premium 1.5kg and 3kg boneless Berkshire pork from our mates at Gamekeeper Meats. He then preps and brines the ham in an apple cider mix for 4 days.
The ham comes with clove studs, a special honey/The Gospel whiskey glaze and basic cooking instructions for the day - as well as delicious whiskey mustards on the side!
Not only do these hams take the stress out of the signature-Christmas dish, but they are also an easy way to impress your family and friends! The fact they are boneless means they are easy to cook and carve on the day and the two sizes means there is a ham for any family size.
Hams can be pre-ordered through our website from 12 to 20 December and are available for collection from 20-24 December.
