Rosé is made from the Grenache. Sourced from a dear gentleman Eugenio, who runs the
family estate Vino Italia. Hand harvested, detested & left on skins for a day, then basket
pressed directly to a large concrete egg for wild fermentation & natural malo. Simply racked & then bottled.
