Forest Fruit. Spice. Fine. Textured.
Co-fermented Shiraz (95%) and Riesling (5%). 3 day cold soaked and gently foot crushed, basket pressed before the completion of fermentation to old neutral oak. Matured on full lees for 12 months. Left to settle before being clarified and bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2020. A fun spicy unique wine! Drink room temp or chill.
