FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

To place a free local delivery order. Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout. Select FREE Local Delivery as your shipping method, select a delivery time and follow steps to finalise your purchase. Once your order has been received, picked and packed you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is complete and on its way. A Rascal Brunswick team member will personally deliver your package.

 

Selected Local Delivery Suburbs:

Parkville (3052), Carlton North/Princess Hill (3054) Brunswick West (3055) Brunswick (3056), Brunswick East (3057), Coburg (3058) and Fitzroy North (3068)

Thornbury (3071) and Northcote (3070) On Thursdays.

Moonee Ponds (3039), Ascot Vale (3032), Kensignton (3031) and North Melbourne (3051) on Fridays.

Carlton (3053), Fitzroy and Collingwood (3066) on Saturdays. 

 

SHIPPING

We currently ship nationwide

 

I’m thirsty, how long will it take to receive my order?

For Melbourne Metro standard shipping, your parcel will take 2-3 days from door to door.

For other Victorian post codes, your parcel will take 2-5 days door to door.

For other states it can take up to 10 days door to door.

 

STORE PICK UP

Store pick up is free and allows customers to place an order online and collect in our store during our trading hours.

To place a store pick up order, follow these steps:

Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout. Select In “Store Pick Up” as your shipping method. Choose A pick up date and time for your order to be ready by and follow the steps to finalise your purchase.

Once your order has been received, picked and packed you will be sent an email from us to let you know your order is complete and ready to collect. To collect your order, please bring your order confirmation along with some photo identification and see one of our team members in-store.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and we aim to ship all orders by 4.00pm.

If you have not received an order after 8 days, please notify us by email at hello@rascalbrunswick.com

Please note by law deliveries containing alcohol cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18 years.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO box addresses or parcel collect boxes/lockers.

RETURNS PROCESS

To organise the return of an item please call us at (03) 9114 2817 between the hours of 11am and 9pm or email us at hello@rascalbrunswick.com 

Please ensure the following information is included so your return can be processed:

-Your order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

-Your name and address

-A description of the item you are returning and a reason for the return
