Grand Final Night
Ferments and pickles + Rascal condiments
Transfer them to small bowls and / or ramekins
Beef and Guinness pies + Rainbow chard and goats curd pasties
These are precooked and just need heating through.
Preheat an oven to 180c
Place on a tray in the preheated oven for 15 minutes .
Let cool and serve with beetroot ketchup and mustard
Cob loaf, 4 cheese sauce, fried pancetta, chives
Put the cob and dipping bread on a tray in the oven for 7-8 minutes to warm and get slightly toasted (Suggested to put in oven 8 mins after the pies/pasties so they all finish cooking at the same time).
While the cob loaf is in oven, heat the cheese sauce in a pot on the stove. Heat until it softly simmers.
Pull the cob loaf out of the oven, put your cob on a large plate then pour the cheese sauce in and place your bread chunks around. Sprinkle the chives on top.
Hot Tip: Food best served with cold beers.
The Morning After
Bacon, eggs, sausage, baked beans, muffins
You can do this your way. If you had a few drinks the night before instructions are going to be too hard to follow anyways…just make it delicious and take it easy!
