Ripe apricot and spice
This riesling is grown on limestone and flint rock. The grapes are destemmed and left on skins for seven days, uncovered, and allowed to hyper-oxidise. They are then pressed off and stored in stainless steel on lees for eight months.
Artesian Lava is the fusion of spices, over ripe apricot yet mineral and saline but showing a silky, full mouth feeling surfing on the oxydative wave!
