Pear and pecan pie!
Both grapes were co fermented and rested in some European oak ( there is a fair bit of technique there). But, what's important is the result- this one is a Banger! Pear juice, acacia and rose water on the nose. Round, viscous. Hints of citrus and nice chalky tannins and lovely nuttiness.
