Orchard fruit with a bit of a zing!
The making was very straightforward. Handpicked, crushed, destemmed, pressed and straight to tank where it sat on lees for 6 months until bottling.
The wine was bottled with a very small amount of dissolved CO2 to give you a flicker of life on the tongue.
Here we aimed to straddle the Gris vs Grigio style to make a wine for both occasions.
Tastes like - apple, pear, spice, and slight biscuit under tones
