First pick shiraz grapes. The grapes are crushed and destemmed and left on
skins for about 3.5 days when they are pressed out. The idea is to make a very dark
rose/ a red wine with no tannin. This is because tannins are amplified by chilling.
Ultimately, it's a wine that can sit in the fridge, but when taken out doesn’t need
chilling to stay good. It is the ultimate park utility wine.
Tastes like - plum skin, raspberry, ripe watermelon.
