Experimental gin made from thousands of hand-pitted cherries which are macerated in high-proof Anther Gin. The cherries are from the fertile soils of Spreyton in northern Tasmania and give the gin its complex flavour and rich red colour.
Some of the Botanicals include: Tasmanian Black Cherries, Macedonian & Hungarian Juniper, Eqyptian & Indian Coriander seeds + many more.
