Cherry sour funk
Now in its second year, the Lapin celebrates the cherry harvest and uses organically grown Victorian Lapin cherries from Mark’s Farm in Benalla. Cherries were added directly into 3000 litre wooden foedre barrel, where sour blonde ale had been quietly ageing.
It re-fermented there for a few months, meaning this vintage brings a bit more funk, but once again is a crisp, refreshing sour.
